Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers in defining and executing product roadmaps for Honeywell's advanced technology portfolios, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research to identify growth opportunities and inform product lifecycle decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to launch new products and optimize existing ones for maximum profitability.
- Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor product performance metrics, using data analytics to recommend pivots, enhancements, or sunsetting decisions.
- Represent Honeywell at industry conferences and customer engagements to build strategic partnerships and gather insights.

- Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving revenue growth in B2B environments (experience)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Product Management Professional (PMP) (experience)
- Experience in international markets with knowledge of global regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, ISO) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for a portfolio of Honeywell solutions
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in industrial technologies
- Mentor and manage a team of 5-10 product managers, conducting performance reviews and career development
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
- Drive pricing, positioning, and launch strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
- Analyze KPIs using tools like Tableau or Salesforce to optimize product performance and profitability
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and global sales teams
