  • Drive revenue growth by developing upsell/cross-sell strategies and partnerships with key enterprise accounts.
  • Monitor KPIs such as ARR, churn, and customer satisfaction to optimize product performance and iterate based on data insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (experience)
  • 7+ years of product management experience in security, SaaS, or enterprise software industries (experience)
  • Proven track record of launching successful B2B products with $10M+ annual revenue (experience)
  • Experience managing enterprise-level customers in physical security or access control domains (experience)
  • Strong understanding of security technologies including access control systems, video analytics, and cybersecurity standards (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Product Management Professional (experience)
  • Experience in IoT/cloud security platforms or prior roles at Fortune 500 tech/security firms (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Security and Access Solutions enterprise offerings
  • Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features
  • Partner with sales and customer teams to gather requirements and validate product-market fit through pilots and betas
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering to define technical specifications and ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries
  • Create compelling business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market plans to drive adoption and revenue
  • Analyze product performance metrics using tools like Tableau or Salesforce to optimize features and reduce churn
