  • Oversee personnel lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and succession planning
  • Lead end-to-end project management for high-stakes programs, utilizing agile methodologies and risk assessment tools
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities across the DOE complex, building strong relationships with external partners and internal teams
  • Drive change management initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes
  • Analyze program data, generate detailed reports, and present findings to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
