Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement classification policies and procedures compliant with DOE regulations, NNSA directives, and federal security standards.
  • Oversee personnel administration, including onboarding, performance evaluations, training programs, and compliance with classified information handling protocols.
  • Lead complex projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources across multi-site DOE facilities.
  • Coordinate activities and foster collaboration among stakeholders in the DOE complex, ensuring seamless integration of program deliverables.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and reporting to senior leadership on program status, metrics, and compliance.
  • Mentor junior administrators and contribute to strategic planning for long-term program success.

  • Strong knowledge of DOE classification policies, federal regulations (e.g., 10 CFR Part 1045), and security protocols (experience)
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience with multi-site coordination across complex organizations (experience)
  • Experience driving change management and fostering inclusive team cultures (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Program Management, Security Management, or related discipline (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or DOE-specific classification training (experience)
  • 10+ years in DOE complex or national laboratory environments (experience)

  • Oversee personnel lifecycle processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management for cleared staff
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping and planning to delivery and closeout across DOE sites

  • Conduct regular audits, risk analyses, and compliance reporting to maintain program integrity
