  • Active U.S. security clearance (Q-level or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain one (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or DOE-specific credentials (experience)
  • 10+ years in federal contracting or DOE complex operations (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive classification policies ensuring adherence to DOE directives and federal regulations
  • Oversee personnel lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and career development
  • Lead end-to-end project management for high-priority initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • Coordinate seamless activities and information flow across the DOE complex, resolving inter-site dependencies
  • Drive change management initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture through targeted diversity programs and employee engagement strategies
  • Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and compliance documentation for DOE stakeholders
