Overview

As a Sr Program Administrator at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our critical programs within the Department of Energy (DOE) complex. Reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a fully on-site schedule.   • Oversee personnel allocation, performance management, and training programs for program teams spanning multiple sites.

  • Coordinate activities and resources across the DOE complex, facilitating collaboration between Honeywell sites, government agencies, and contractors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field (experience)
  • Active DOE Q-level security clearance or ability to obtain one (experience)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (experience)
  • Experience in the DOE complex or national laboratory environment (experience)

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning and budgeting to monitoring progress and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Coordinate seamless activities and resource sharing across the DOE complex, resolving inter-site conflicts and optimizing workflows
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, conducting gap analyses and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency
