As a Sr Program Administrator at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in our high-stakes operations supporting the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) complex. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement classification policies and procedures in compliance with DOE directives, NNSA regulations, and federal security standards.
  • Oversee personnel management, including staffing, performance evaluations, and professional development for program teams spanning the DOE complex.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across DOE sites, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning efforts with organizational objectives.

  • Experience leading projects in high-security or regulated industries with budgets exceeding $5M (experience)
  • Active U.S. security clearance (Q-level or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain one (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Public Policy, Project Management, or related discipline (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or DOE-specific classification training (experience)
  • 10+ years in DOE complex operations with experience in change management and DEI initiatives (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive classification policies aligned with DOE Order 475.2A and related directives
  • Oversee personnel across the DOE complex, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, from scoping and planning to stakeholder reporting and closure
  • Coordinate inter-site activities, ensuring seamless integration of efforts and resolution of operational challenges
  • Drive organizational change by assessing impacts, creating training programs, and measuring adoption metrics
  • Foster an inclusive culture through DEI strategy development and team-building initiatives
