Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement classification policies and procedures in compliance with DOE directives, NNSA regulations, and federal security standards.
  • Oversee personnel administration, including onboarding, performance evaluations, training programs, and compliance with classified information handling protocols.
  • Lead complex projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks in a multi-site DOE environment.
  • Coordinate activities across the DOE complex, facilitating collaboration between Honeywell teams, government stakeholders, and contractors to ensure alignment on program objectives.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, promoting inclusive practices and continuous improvement to enhance program efficiency and team performance.
  • Conduct audits, prepare reports, and deliver briefings to senior leadership on program status, classification compliance, and performance metrics.

  • Proven experience developing and implementing classification policies and handling classified information (Q-level clearance preferred) (experience)
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing personnel and cross-functional teams in regulated industries (experience)
  • Experience leading projects across multi-site operations within the DOE complex (experience)
  • Strong understanding of federal regulations including DOE Order 475.2A and NNSA policies (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Program Management, Security Management, or related discipline (experience)
  • Active DOE Q clearance or TS/SCI eligibility (experience)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (experience)
  • Experience with DOE/NNSA program coordination and change management (experience)

  • Oversee personnel lifecycle processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, and compliance for cleared staff
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning and resource allocation to delivery and post-implementation reviews
  • Coordinate program activities across the DOE complex, resolving inter-site issues and ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Drive change management initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and improve operational processes
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, briefings, and audits to senior leadership and DOE representatives
  • Monitor program metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance and efficiency
