Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for complex industrial automation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and milestone tracking using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders, to integrate automation solutions such as PLC systems, SCADA, and HMI interfaces.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs, conduct regular status reviews, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues proactively.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications, preparing executive-level reports and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISA-95, IEC 61511) and Honeywell's quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($5M+ budgets) from inception to completion (experience)
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification (experience)
  • Experience with automation technologies including PLC, DCS, SCADA, or MES systems (experience)
  • Strong understanding of industrial standards and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISA) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or related field (experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell's Experion PKS or related control systems (experience)
  • International project management experience (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multi-phase industrial automation programs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Identify and mitigate project risks using advanced tools and methodologies, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field services teams to integrate automation hardware and software solutions seamlessly
  • Conduct regular program reviews and stakeholder meetings to align deliverables with business goals and client expectations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Gantt charts, risk registers, and performance dashboards
  • Drive vendor and supplier management to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-schedule delivery of components
  • Analyze program metrics to recommend process improvements and contribute to Honeywell's portfolio of best practices
