Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex industrial automation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and milestone tracking using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders, to integrate automation solutions such as PLC systems, SCADA, and HMI interfaces.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, conduct regular status reviews, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues proactively.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, preparing executive-level reports and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISA-95, IEC 61511) and Honeywell's quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, or related field (experience)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell's Experion PKS or related control systems (experience)
- International project management experience (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multi-phase industrial automation programs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate project risks using advanced tools and methodologies, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and field services teams to integrate automation hardware and software solutions seamlessly
- Conduct regular program reviews and stakeholder meetings to align deliverables with business goals and client expectations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Gantt charts, risk registers, and performance dashboards
- Drive vendor and supplier management to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and on-schedule delivery of components
- Analyze program metrics to recommend process improvements and contribute to Honeywell's portfolio of best practices
