Reporting directly to the Director of ISC Operations, you will be based at our state-of-the-art facility in Olathe, KS, on a fully on-site schedule. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality control professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and safety.
- Design, implement, and monitor quality control processes, including inspection protocols, testing procedures, and statistical process controls.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans using tools like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and FMEA to minimize defects and waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to integrate quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant standards, while preparing for and leading internal/external audits.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track quality metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement projects, resulting in measurable enhancements in product quality, yield rates, and operational efficiency.

- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools and quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) (experience)
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (experience)
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing sectors (experience)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of 10-15 quality inspectors and technicians, conducting performance reviews and training programs
- Develop and execute quality control strategies aligned with Honeywell's operational goals and customer requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and implement process improvements to achieve zero-defect production targets
- Lead investigations into quality non-conformances, utilizing tools like 8D, Fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis
- Manage supplier quality audits and collaborate with procurement to ensure incoming materials meet specifications
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior leadership, driving data-informed decisions
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment to maintain compliance and accuracy
