Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue optimization models, including dynamic pricing algorithms and demand forecasting tools to enhance profitability.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify revenue leakage opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for pricing experiments, measuring impact on revenue uplift and customer behavior.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win rates, average selling price (ASP), and total contract value (TCV), providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Utilize advanced statistical tools to build predictive models for revenue forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing governance policies and contribute to the development of revenue optimization playbooks.

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or revenue optimization within a B2B industrial or technology sector (experience)
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through data analytics and optimization initiatives (experience)
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and revenue modeling in a multinational corporate environment (experience)
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, discounting mechanisms, and profitability analysis (experience)
  • Ability to work on-site in India with occasional travel (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell or similar Fortune 100 industrial conglomerates (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy revenue optimization models using statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast demand and optimize pricing
  • Lead pricing strategy workshops and governance reviews to standardize revenue management practices across business units
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop value-based pricing frameworks that maximize margins
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time revenue performance monitoring using BI platforms
  • Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in revenue processes
  • Support M&A integration by assessing and optimizing revenue synergies post-acquisition
