Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets exceeding $50M across assigned regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of 8-12 sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and development programs.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target industries such as aerospace, manufacturing, and energy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with Honeywell's innovation roadmap.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on key metrics including win rates and sales velocity.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships
  • Negotiate complex contracts and pricing models to secure profitable deals with enterprise clients
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap based on customer feedback and market demands
  • Monitor sales metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of KPIs
