Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets exceeding $50M across international markets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive quota attainment and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in target industries such as aerospace, energy, and manufacturing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
  • Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and partnerships, ensuring alignment with Honeywell's profitability and risk management standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on sales metrics to senior leadership.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in international markets, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (experience)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth (experience)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% and adapt to hybrid work environments (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or Honeywell-specific sales training (experience)
  • Experience in emerging markets (e.g., APAC, EMEA) with knowledge of local regulations and business practices (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and expand existing accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of 8-12 sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities through prospecting, RFPs, and partnership development
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, including multi-year contracts valued at $5M+
  • Collaborate with global product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and sales enablement materials
  • Monitor sales performance via KPIs, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver executive-level reports
