Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities with multinational corporations in aerospace, industrial automation, and energy sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and ROI analyses to showcase Honeywell's innovative technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, and key decision-makers internationally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to deliver customized solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and forecasting.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring compliance with international regulations and Honeywell policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas in international markets, with experience in EMEA, APAC, or LATAM (experience)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and experience with sales forecasting methodologies (experience)
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations, export controls, and multicultural business practices (experience)
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, German) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent sales certification (experience)
  • 10+ years in high-tech industrial sales with Fortune 500 clients (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and industry events in international markets
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, managing pipelines worth $5M+ annually
  • Deliver compelling value propositions highlighting Honeywell's IoT, automation, and sustainability solutions
  • Partner with engineering and service teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Monitor competitor landscapes and provide actionable intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Achieve 100%+ of sales targets while expanding wallet share in existing accounts
  • Represent Honeywell at trade shows, conferences, and customer summits to enhance brand visibility
