Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and forecasting to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Demonstrate Honeywell's innovative products, such as Niagara Framework-based building management systems and integrated security platforms, to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals while maintaining profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools like Salesforce, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally (experience)
