Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with Honeywell's global growth objectives, including scenario modeling and roadmap creation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in key industries such as aerospace, building technologies, and performance materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations leaders, to align strategies with business unit goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Support the development of long-term growth strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor plan performance through KPIs, prepare executive reports, and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions to foster innovation and alignment across global regions.

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree (experience)
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., Certified Strategy Professional) or project management (PMP) (experience)
- Experience in the aerospace, industrial automation, or building technologies industries (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of multi-year strategic plans, including financial modeling, SWOT analysis, and risk assessment
- Perform rigorous market research to uncover growth opportunities and benchmark against competitors
- Partner with global regions to develop tailored execution roadmaps and track progress against strategic KPIs
- Prepare and present strategic insights, reports, and recommendations to executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, or market expansions
- Drive cross-functional alignment through workshops, alignment sessions, and change management initiatives
- Continuously monitor external factors like regulatory changes and economic trends to refine strategies
