Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with Honeywell's global growth objectives, including scenario modeling and roadmap creation.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in key industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, finance, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Support the Director in preparing executive presentations, business cases, and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Monitor strategic KPIs, analyze performance data, and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions to foster innovation and alignment across regions.

Summary
As a Sr Strategic Plan Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive strategic planning initiatives, develop and implement plans, conduct market research, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports on strategy performance and recommendations
