Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with Honeywell's global growth objectives, including scenario modeling and roadmap creation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in key industries and regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, finance, and operations, to align strategies with business priorities and ensure seamless execution.
- Support the Director of Strategy in preparing executive presentations, business cases, and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Monitor strategic KPIs, analyze performance data, and recommend adjustments to optimize growth initiatives.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions to foster innovation and alignment across global regions.

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institution (experience)
- Certifications such as Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) or PMP (experience)
- Experience in the industrial technology, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of multi-year strategic plans, including financial modeling and risk assessment for global regions
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define KPIs and track strategic initiative performance
- Design and deliver executive-level presentations and strategic roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and new market entries
- Drive cross-functional alignment through workshops, governance processes, and change management
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and industry shifts to refine Honeywell's growth strategy
