Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for critical categories, targeting 10-15% annual cost savings through supplier negotiations, competitive bidding, and value engineering.
- Conduct thorough supplier market analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to build a resilient supply base aligned with Honeywell's quality and sustainability standards.
- Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing performance management using tools like SAP Ariba and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing initiatives with business objectives, providing data-driven insights via spend analytics and total cost of ownership (TCO) models.
- Lead supplier development programs to improve delivery, quality, and innovation, mitigating risks from geopolitical, financial, or capacity disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline procurement processes and enhance supply chain agility.

- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing sectors (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and execute category sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply assurance goals
- Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and supplier selection, negotiating contracts to secure best-value terms
- Perform supplier risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sourcing strategies with product development and operations
- Monitor supplier KPIs using digital dashboards and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to identify innovative suppliers and emerging trends
- Support sustainability efforts by incorporating ESG criteria into supplier evaluations and strategies
