In this leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply planning strategy for complex global supply chains, ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency across multiple product lines. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will drive data-driven decisions using advanced planning tools to support Honeywell's commitment to innovation and operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply planning strategies, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization for multi-site manufacturing operations.
- Lead a team of supply planners, providing mentorship, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams to align supply plans with business objectives and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced analytics tools to monitor KPIs such as fill rates, inventory turns, and service levels, generating actionable insights and reports.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and cost savings opportunities.
- Drive S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, facilitating executive-level reviews and scenario planning for demand volatility.
- Implement lean supply chain initiatives and digital transformation projects to enhance resilience and agility in global operations.

- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management within manufacturing or aerospace industries (experience)
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing supply planning teams in a global environment (experience)
- Proven track record using ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle for supply chain execution (experience)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in S&OP processes and advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, OMP) (experience)
- Experience managing complex, multi-tiered supply chains with international suppliers (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA (experience)
- CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent APICS certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, performance materials, or high-tech manufacturing sectors (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply plans to balance demand and capacity while minimizing costs and risks
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 supply planners, conducting performance reviews and talent development
- Analyze demand signals and market trends to create accurate 12-18 month rolling forecasts
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve supply disruptions and implement contingency plans
- Optimize inventory levels using statistical models to achieve target service levels above 95%
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce lead times
- Prepare and present supply chain metrics and executive dashboards during monthly S&OP meetings
