We are seeking a highly skilled Statutory Reporting Expert to join our global finance team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with international statutory reporting requirements, driving accurate financial disclosures, and supporting strategic decision-making across our multinational operations. Reporting to the Director of Statutory Reporting, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes in multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file statutory financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory reports in compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and country-specific regulations across EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of statutory disclosures, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal teams to support audits and respond to regulatory inquiries effectively.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and processes to streamline statutory compliance workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws, accounting standards, and reporting requirements, implementing updates to internal policies and procedures.
- Provide expert guidance to business units on statutory reporting impacts of transactions, restructurings, and new market entries.
- Lead training sessions for finance teams on statutory reporting best practices and compliance protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (experience)
- 5+ years of experience in statutory reporting, financial compliance, or external reporting within a multinational corporation (experience)
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and statutory requirements in at least 3 international jurisdictions (experience)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (experience)
- Proven experience with financial consolidation systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) (experience)
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and transfer pricing compliance (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (experience)
- Big 4 audit experience or statutory reporting in a Fortune 500 company (experience)
- Certifications in IFRS or international tax (e.g., CTA, CIMA) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate statutory financial statements and tax filings for multiple international entities
- Analyze and reconcile financial data to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards
- Collaborate with global tax, legal, and finance teams to manage audit processes and regulatory filings
- Develop and optimize reporting templates, dashboards, and automation scripts using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Hyperion
- Monitor legislative changes and advise on impacts to Honeywell's reporting obligations
- Conduct gap analyses and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
- Support M&A activities by assessing statutory reporting implications for new acquisitions
