Key Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and validate satellite terminal systems for airborne applications, ensuring compliance with rigorous aerospace standards.
- Conduct comprehensive certification tests, including environmental, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and performance validations per DO-160 and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including system requirements, interface control documents, and test reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and RF engineers, to drive new product development from concept to flight qualification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level issues during integration and testing phases.
- Support product lifecycle management, from design reviews to sustainment and upgrades.

- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for international projects (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field (experience)
- Experience with UAV or commercial aircraft satcom terminal development (experience)
- Professional certifications such as INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) or PMP (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of satellite terminal hardware and software subsystems for airplane and UAV platforms
- Execute and document certification tests, including lab simulations and flight trials
- Author and maintain system architecture documentation and interface specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and resolve technical challenges in new product designs
- Perform system-level trade studies, risk assessments, and verification/validation activities
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for integration discrepancies
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements in agile development environments
