Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in requirements management, verification, and validation processes (experience)
  • Familiarity with industry standards like ARP4754A, DO-254, or equivalent for safety-critical systems (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle ambiguous requirements in multidisciplinary environments (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related field (experience)
  • INCOSE certification (e.g., CSEP or ASEP) (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial automation sectors with Honeywell or similar Fortune 100 companies (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop system architectures for multi-domain applications, ensuring modularity and future-proofing
  • Lead cross-functional teams in system integration and testing phases, resolving technical discrepancies
  • Perform risk assessments, trade-off analyses, and simulations to optimize system performance and cost
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Implement and maintain configuration management for system baselines using tools like Git or SVN
  • Conduct system-level testing, including hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) validations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean systems engineering principles and lessons learned
