Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators, conducting regular performance evaluations and creating individualized growth plans.
- Motivate team members through effective communication, recognition programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct production consultations and process reviews to identify bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing principles, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage operator scheduling to optimize workforce utilization, minimize downtime, and meet production targets.
- Monitor and analyze team productivity metrics, using data-driven insights to drive improvements and report to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align production goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing activities.

- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Czech, German) are advantageous for international operations (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration (experience)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, automation, or high-tech manufacturing industries (experience)
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of operators to meet production demands
- Conduct daily production consultations to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows
- Design and implement operator shift schedules to maximize efficiency and resource allocation
- Evaluate team productivity using KPIs and implement corrective actions for underperformance
- Drive motivation through coaching, feedback sessions, and incentive programs
- Lead safety audits and ensure adherence to Honeywell's quality and environmental standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies into production processes
