Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and chat to German-speaking customers, diagnosing and resolving issues related to Honeywell software, hardware, and integrated systems.
  • Document support cases in CRM systems like Salesforce, escalating complex problems to engineering teams while maintaining detailed resolution records.
  • Develop and deliver German-language troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to empower self-service customer support.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring technical issues, partnering with product managers to recommend enhancements and preventive measures.
  • Train and mentor junior support staff on Honeywell product portfolios and best practices for multilingual customer interactions.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring 99%+ uptime for critical customer applications.

  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and remote diagnostic tools (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technical discipline (experience)
  • ITIL certification or equivalent in IT service management (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products or industrial IoT solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert technical support to German-speaking customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues within SLA timeframes
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and log analysis for complex system failures
  • Create and maintain multilingual knowledge base content to reduce ticket volume and improve first-contact resolution rates
  • Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to replicate, diagnose, and resolve product defects
  • Analyze support trends and metrics to identify proactive solutions and process improvements
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars for customers on Honeywell system optimization
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards and support audit processes for customer interactions
