  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated in high-stakes, customer-facing environments (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or relevant life sciences software credentials (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products or similar connected enterprise solutions in pharma/biotech (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy highly complex software functions for customer support management within Connected Life Sciences platforms
  • Serve as the primary technical SME, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for customer-reported software issues
  • Lead software architecture reviews and integration efforts across multi-vendor ecosystems
  • Optimize application performance using AI/ML techniques for predictive maintenance and analytics
  • Collaborate with global teams to define requirements, develop APIs, and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, GxP)
