- Facilitate interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, from field technicians to executive stakeholders, utilizing adult learning principles and multimedia tools to maximize retention and application.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback surveys, and performance analytics, continuously improving programs to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop technical documentation, quick-reference guides, and certification pathways to support Honeywell's global workforce and partners.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovations like AR/VR into training solutions to future-proof our capabilities.

- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or SuccessFactors (experience)
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) or industrial safety standards (experience)
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% for training delivery and client engagements (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education Technology or Engineering (experience)
- Certifications such as Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), ATD Master Trainer, or Six Sigma Green Belt (experience)
- Experience with AR/VR training tools or simulation software in technical environments (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging technical training content, including interactive e-learning modules and hands-on simulations for Honeywell products
- Lead live and virtual training sessions for internal teams and external customers, ensuring high engagement and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align training materials with the latest product updates and innovations
- Analyze training outcomes using data analytics to measure ROI and recommend program enhancements
- Create and maintain technical training documentation, videos, and certification programs compliant with industry standards
- Mentor and coach training staff while fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to proactively address skill deficiencies across global operations
