This remote, international role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, secure new customers, and forge key partnerships that fuel market expansion and profitability.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with regional leadership to evaluate portfolio opportunities, identify market trends, and provide critical insights into technology and product development tailored to end-user needs in the life sciences and specialty chemicals sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve growth targets in Life Science and Specialty Chemical portfolios across SE and META regions.
  • Identify and acquire new key accounts, nurturing relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and chemical manufacturing.
  • Lead partnership initiatives with distributors, integrators, and end-users to expand market penetration and drive revenue.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend enhancements to product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, R&D, and supply chain to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Represent Honeywell at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to build brand visibility.

Summary

Territory Manager (Lead Account Manager, Band 4 role) will lead growth efforts of Life Science Business in the South Europe and META region and in the Specialty Chemical business of Honeywell in the EMEA region by driving key strategies, new customer attainment and partnership initiatives which are critical to market growth and profitability. You will align continually with leadership to assess portfolio opportunities and needs in the market, provide input into regional trends, technology/product development, to enhance our portfolio offerings specific to end-user needs.

  • Experience in South Europe and/or META regions with understanding of local business practices and regulations (experience)
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive new customer acquisition and partnership development (experience)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (experience)
  • Technical certifications in life sciences sales or chemical engineering (experience)
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, or German) (experience)

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow Life Science and Specialty Chemical revenues in SE and META territories
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with key accounts in pharma, biotech, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and end-users to enhance market share
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align offerings with regional customer needs and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with corporate goals
