Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools to validate complex software applications.
- Lead test automation projects from requirements analysis through deployment, integrating CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define test strategies and resolve defects.
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and production issues, optimizing test coverage and reducing false positives.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in test automation, code quality, and agile methodologies.
- Enhance test infrastructure for scalability, incorporating cloud-based testing and performance benchmarking.

- Familiarity with testing tools including Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or pytest (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (experience)
- ISTQB Certified Test Automation Engineer or equivalent certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial automation domains (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust test automation suites for software applications, focusing on unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable software releases
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate on performance optimizations
- Develop and maintain test data management strategies, including synthetic data generation
- Conduct code reviews for test scripts and contribute to engineering standards
- Troubleshoot complex software issues in simulated and real-world environments
- Stay abreast of emerging testing technologies and recommend process improvements
