Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and scripts for electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and avionics interfaces.
- Perform rigorous testing using diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automated test equipment to identify defects, performance issues, and compliance with standards.
- Analyze test data, generate detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and quality assurance, to integrate testing feedback into product development cycles.
- Conduct environmental stress testing (e.g., thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC) to validate system performance under real-world conditions.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring adherence to industry regulations such as DO-160, MIL-STD, and ISO standards.
- Document test results in compliance with Honeywell's quality management systems and support root cause analysis for failures.

- Proficiency in electrical test methodologies and familiarity with standards like DO-160, MIL-STD-810, or IEC 61508 (experience)
- Experience with test automation tools and scripting (e.g., LabVIEW, Python) (experience)
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, circuit analysis, and troubleshooting (experience)
- Ability to work on-site in an international manufacturing or R&D environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (experience)
- Certifications such as Certified Test Engineer (CTE) or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (experience)
- Experience with high-voltage systems testing or embedded systems validation (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test setups for electrical systems including sensors, actuators, and control units
- Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests on prototypes and production units
- Lead failure analysis and implement corrective measures to improve system robustness
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize test processes and reduce cycle times
- Ensure all testing activities comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies
- Prepare technical documentation and present findings to stakeholders and management
