In this role, you will leverage your expertise in TrackWise Quality Management System and Salesforce platforms to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance our manufacturing, quality assurance, and compliance processes. As a hybrid position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across international locations, driving innovation in quality management and CRM integration for Honeywell's aerospace, building technologies, and performance materials sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy TrackWise and Salesforce solutions to optimize quality management workflows, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), complaints handling, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including custom objects, workflows, Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components tailored to manufacturing and life sciences industries.
- Integrate TrackWise with Salesforce ecosystems using APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware to ensure seamless data flow and real-time reporting.
- Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in agile sprints, mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to best practices in SDLC and Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, optimizing performance and maintaining system uptime for global operations.
- Collaborate with Honeywell's quality, IT, and business teams to develop training materials and support change management initiatives.

- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards like FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485 (experience)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Salesforce release cycles (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field (experience)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, TrackWise Certified Professional) (experience)
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations or ETL tools for TrackWise-Salesforce data synchronization (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications integrated with TrackWise for quality event management and reporting
- Lead configuration of TrackWise modules including Deviations, Complaints, and Audit Management within Salesforce environments
- Perform data migration, validation, and cleansing between legacy systems and Salesforce/TrackWise platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments for Salesforce and TrackWise deployments
- Develop dashboards, reports, and Einstein Analytics for actionable insights into quality metrics
- Support post-go-live hypercare, including issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
