In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing and optimizing TrackWise Quality Management System integrated with Salesforce, enabling our clients in highly regulated industries like aerospace, healthcare, and manufacturing to achieve compliance, streamline operations, and drive digital transformation. As a hybrid position, you'll collaborate with international teams while enjoying flexibility to balance work and life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy TrackWise solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom workflows, validation rules, and process builders tailored to quality management needs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-TrackWise implementations, from requirements gathering and gap analysis to testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Integrate TrackWise with Salesforce ecosystems using APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware to ensure seamless data flow and real-time reporting.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to maximize adoption of TrackWise Salesforce solutions.
- Perform system validations per GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO standards to ensure compliance in regulated environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing support for live TrackWise Salesforce instances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

- Proven track record of delivering TrackWise Quality Management solutions in regulated industries (e.g., Pharma, Biotech, Aerospace) (experience)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration in GxP-compliant environments (experience)
- Strong understanding of quality processes such as CAPA, Deviations, Complaints, and Audit Management (experience)
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for client engagements (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field (experience)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Administrator certification (experience)
- TrackWise certification or Sparta Systems expertise (experience)
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom TrackWise applications on Salesforce, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Lead requirements elicitation, solution architecture, and user acceptance testing for TrackWise-Salesforce projects
- Implement and validate integrations between TrackWise and Salesforce for quality data synchronization
- Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics to support quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance standards through rigorous testing and documentation
- Monitor post-go-live performance and recommend optimizations for TrackWise Salesforce environments
