Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery projects, from requirements gathering and solution architecture to testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business users to translate functional needs into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with Honeywell's enterprise systems.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive user adoption and optimize Salesforce platform performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce environments, implementing best practices for data management, security, and governance.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations, recommending enhancements like Einstein AI and MuleSoft integrations to deliver measurable business value.

- Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects in enterprise environments (experience)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Lightning, and Flow (experience)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes (experience)
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for client engagements (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Architect, or Consultant certifications (experience)
- Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field (experience)
- Experience with MuleSoft, CPQ, or Einstein Analytics in manufacturing or aerospace industries (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to Honeywell's business processes, ensuring scalability and compliance
- Lead requirement analysis sessions with business leaders to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop and test custom components, workflows, and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools
- Manage project delivery timelines, risks, and resources while maintaining high-quality standards
- Perform data migration, validation, and ongoing platform optimization using Salesforce tools
- Facilitate change management and user training to maximize ROI on Salesforce investments
- Provide production support and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
