- Conduct basic performance testing and data analysis on fire safety systems to ensure compliance with international standards like EN54 and NFPA.
- Participate in root cause analysis for field failures and propose preventive measures.

- Document support cases, create knowledge articles, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed reports
- Assist in product testing, validation, and certification processes to meet regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with sales, field service, and R&D teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction
- Update system configurations and perform remote firmware updates for deployed fire safety installations
