  • Manage workflow projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with Honeywell's operational standards and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with ISC engineers, IT specialists, and operations leaders to integrate workflow changes seamlessly.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance through metrics tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Summary

As an ISC Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and managing workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, project management capabilities, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess a strong understanding of workflow systems and technologies. You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a onsite work schedule.

  • Proven experience with workflow management tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN modeling (experience)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP systems like SAP (experience)
  • Experience in a hybrid or manufacturing environment with a focus on efficiency metrics (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (experience)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell-specific systems or aerospace/supply chain workflows (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current ISC workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend data-backed improvements
  • Design, develop, and deploy workflow specifications using industry-standard tools and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional projects to implement workflow changes, tracking progress against timelines and KPIs
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate automated workflow solutions into existing systems
  • Monitor and optimize workflow performance post-implementation, utilizing analytics for continuous refinement
  • Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to ensure smooth adoption by end-users
