Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in ISC systems, including warehouse management software (WMS), ERP integrations, and automated material handling equipment to minimize disruptions.
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows using tools like Honeywell's proprietary ISC platforms, ensuring alignment with lean manufacturing principles and supply chain best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis on system failures and workflow bottlenecks, developing preventive maintenance schedules and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, and operations, to integrate new technologies and scale supply chain capabilities for global product delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and performance metrics, generating reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on ISC tools and workflow processes to enhance team efficiency and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and Honeywell's quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

- Hands-on experience with automated material handling systems, robotics, or IoT-enabled supply chain tools (experience)
- Strong understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and supply chain KPIs (experience)
- Ability to work on-site in Kanata, Ontario, with flexibility for international collaboration (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Analytics (experience)
- Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green Belt (experience)

- Monitor and maintain ISC systems 24/7, performing real-time diagnostics and resolutions to achieve 99.9% uptime
- Develop and deploy workflow automation scripts and configurations to streamline order fulfillment and inventory management
- Analyze supply chain data using BI tools to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects for system upgrades, integrations, and scalability enhancements
- Conduct regular audits and performance testing of workflows to ensure compliance and optimal efficiency
- Train and support operations teams on ISC tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global Honeywell teams to standardize workflows across international sites
