Step into the dynamic role of Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor (overnight) at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Diego North, off Mira Mesa Boulevard. This full-time position, scheduled from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, is perfect for fast, fun, and friendly associates eager to manage the overnight guest experience. Starting at $22.00 per hour plus incentives, Night Auditors are vital to our customer service team, handling check-ins, check-outs, inquiries about the hotel and local areas, and ensuring seamless operations during quiet hours. Prior Night Audit or Opera Cloud PMS experience is a bonus but not required—we train motivated individuals starting their hospitality careers. Key Responsibilities

As a Night Auditor, you'll be the overnight guardian of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging all guests, taking personal action to meet their needs, and reviewing reservations to plan accommodations perfectly. Process financial transactions, arrange special billing, and stay current on hotel activities, local events, and meetings. Diligently manage guest concerns without hesitation, communicate effectively across departments for seamless experiences, and prepare daily logs for management. Field all internal and external calls, maintain patron confidentiality, and assist supervisors with additional tasks. Your role ensures the hotel runs smoothly from dusk till dawn.

Qualifications & Requirements

Flexibility for holidays and weekends is key, as is the ability to model Choice’s Cultural Values. Physical demands include standing for eight-hour shifts, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and exerting well-paced mobility, with 100% hearing accuracy (with correction) and the capacity to lift, pull, or push up to 70 pounds.
