This essential role supports the hotel's operations during night shifts, typically from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Night Houseperson/Linen Runner, your daily duties will keep our property running smoothly:

• Prepare bed and bath linens, ensuring freshness and proper presentation.
• Deliver guest amenities promptly to enhance the stay experience.
• Inspect and clean public areas, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and service corridors to brand standards.
• Strip, clean, and straighten guest rooms, removing trash and soiled linens.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, pressing, folding towels and linens.
• Stock supply carts, maintain linen closets, and inventory cleaning supplies.
• Report any deficiencies in guest rooms or public areas to housekeeping and engineering management.
• Project professionalism, friendliness, and personalized service to all guests.

Physical Demands

This role requires repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting/pulling/pushing up to 70 pounds, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is also part of the job.
