Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Room Attendants at Choice Hotels play a crucial role in delivering impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your daily duties include:

• Preparing beds and bath linens to brand standards.
• Cleaning and straightening guest rooms, removing trash and soiled linens.
• Displaying and replacing amenities, promotional materials, and supplies.
• Maintaining stocked supply carts and performing laundry tasks like pressing and folding towels and linens.
• Reporting any deficiencies in guest rooms or public areas to housekeeping and engineering management.
• Ensuring cleanliness in hallways, elevators, public spaces, and service corridors.
• Adhering to lost and found policies and projecting professionalism and friendliness.

Physical Demands

This role requires repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting/pulling/pushing up to 70 pounds, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is also part of the job.
