Role Overview

The Radisson Hotel Sunnyvale, nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, seeks a Part-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join its energetic and detail-oriented team. Key Responsibilities

Approve employee work performance, manage shift checklists, and run housekeeping reports. Walk the hotel regularly for inspections, reporting damages, hazards, or suspicious activity.

Team Leadership and Training

Supervise housekeeping and laundry employees, providing training on Radisson Operation Standards. Develop staff skills, conduct customer service and safety training, and ensure completion of all required programs. Establish schedules, work assignments, and oversee payroll items.

Operational Management

Coordinate room availability with Front Office, track inventory for linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities. Supervise laundry operations, handle lost and found procedures, and complete maintenance work orders. Answer housekeeping phone, manage guest requests, and supervise complaints related to operations.

Compliance and Strategy

Follow federal, state, and local laws, including key control and Covid protocols. Participate in deep cleans, preventive maintenance, and departmental meetings.
