  • Build and execute account business plans to grow HP's market share in government accounts through transactional and strategic initiatives
  • Act as the voice of the government customer within HP, driving product improvements based on feedback
  • Strengthen relationships with government clients as a trusted advisor for business and IT concerns
  • Collaborate with HP internal teams including marketing, product management, and technical support for unified customer success
  • Develop business cases to justify HP proposals and investments for government projects
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and closing new HP solution opportunities
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities in government customer relationships
  • Stay updated on government industry trends, competitive landscape, and HP innovations to provide informed guidance
  • Mentor junior account managers, sharing best practices in government sales

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of work experience in customer relationship management, account management, or related field
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise government accounts
  • Demonstrated competence in B2B sales within the technology sector
  • Experience in government procurement processes and compliance in India
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and hardware technologies
