Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in HP's Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS) portfolio, staying current on innovations to articulate value propositions to clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor internally and externally on ACS configurations, optimizing solutions for client business goals and software compatibility
  • Engage key client stakeholders, including executives, to build relationships and design customized solutions in collaboration with their engineers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and provide insights for district sales strategies
  • Drive new business growth and support existing accounts, guiding customers through roadmap transitions using tools like HP One Config
  • Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and develop new features
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and resolve client issues promptly with support teams
  • Provide specialist responses to sales queries, support account teams, and maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Travel to customer sites to understand environments and deliver tailored demonstrations

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Typically 7-10 years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management

  • Proven track record in driving sales pipelines and retaining customer loyalty
  • Experience with configuration tools such as HP One Config for accurate pricing and builds
