Your responsibilities include comprehensive documentation of deals, costing, pricing, risk plans, proposals, presentations, and contracts, all while coordinating internal HP functions to meet aggressive turnaround times and win rates. Acting as a bridge between customer executives and HP teams, you will employ consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities and secure deal closures, contributing to HP's legacy of innovation in reshaping how the world prints and manages documents. Key Responsibilities

  • Support large and complex Managed Print Services (MPS) opportunities with cross-market and worldwide scope as part of the MPS Solution Center
  • Assemble and utilize deal team resources, interfacing between Sales, Pursuit, Delivery, and Functions
  • Create awareness of MPS offerings and assess customer business and technical needs related to printing environments
  • Articulate value propositions, identify upsell opportunities, and expand service scope
  • Develop and architect end-to-end services and solutions using HP portfolio and third-party components
  • Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, risk plans, proposals, customer presentations, and contractual documents
  • Coordinate cross-HP functions to ensure execution within targeted accounts and meet sales turnaround times
  • Advance opportunities using consultative selling techniques, build customer loyalty, and drive deal closing with executive management
  • Achieve team Total Contract Value and margin targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet personal goals
  • Maintain compliant documentation and work according to organizational standards

Required Qualifications

  • High-school education or equivalent
  • Experience in service sales for business environments
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in at least one of: French, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Portuguese, Hindi, or Chinese
  • Demonstrated ability to support complex sales opportunities with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) or printing environments
  • Proficiency in documenting deals, proposals, and contractual documents
