In this role, you will support the Brazil R&D organization by assisting with critical financial and compliance operations, including cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting. Leveraging strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, you will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to monitor key performance indicators, ensure financial accuracy, and drive efficiency in our innovative technology environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Brazil R&D organization with cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models in Microsoft Excel using formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions
  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and controls for platform financial operations
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency, reporting accuracy, and financial visibility
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial accuracy and operational excellence
  • Contribute to innovative financial solutions that drive HP's technology leadership
  • Assist in resource allocation modeling to support customer-centric R&D initiatives
  • Provide insights from data analysis to enhance decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to apply pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
