Leverage your strategy consulting or corporate development expertise to lead enterprise-level strategy, turning market signals into compelling narratives that guide HP's Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board decisions. In this high-impact role, you will conduct deep market and competitive analyses in GenAI, edge AI, multimodal applications, and developer tools, building TAM models, ecosystem maps, and investment theses that clarify HP's path to victory. Partner with HP Tech Ventures and Corporate Development to evaluate startups, VCs, and partnerships, while crafting pristine executive presentations that distill technical complexity into actionable insights. Your ability to structure ambiguity, synthesize data, and 'see around corners' will fuel HP's innovation ecosystem, ensuring our hardware, software, and edge solutions redefine industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead creation of strategic frameworks, hypothesis trees, and executive-ready narratives simplifying complex AI and edge tech landscapes
• Develop visually compelling slides distilling data, frameworks, and technical content into high-clarity recommendations
• Conduct structured market, customer, and competitive analyses across GenAI, edge AI, multimodal AI, and vertical applications
• Synthesize signals into actionable insights defining HP's right-to-play and win strategies
• Build TAM/SAM models, ecosystem maps, adoption curves, and category frameworks
• Create data-driven business plans articulating opportunity size, economics, monetization, costs, and risks
• Develop investment theses for build/partner/invest/acquire decisions balancing strategy, finance, and feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, product, TIO, and BU leaders to align strategies with HP's technology roadmap
• Engage startups, VCs, research labs, and partners to map trends and identify collaboration opportunities
• Turn external signals into actionable recommendations for HP’s ELT and Board
• Drive cross-functional alignment through insight-led storytelling and influence senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, or product strategy roles
• Experience building business plans, TAM analyses, investment theses, and executive narratives in emerging technology domains
• Experience working with AI, cloud, software, or advanced compute portfolios
• Strong financial modeling and business case development capabilities
• Demonstrated track record of crafting high-quality C-suite presentations and strategic recommendations
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, frame problems independently, and move quickly to insight and action
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced technical/business degree
• Top-tier consulting experience with hands-on business strategy in startups or tech environments
• Direct experience in AI/ML, edge compute, or developer tools ecosystems
• Background in corporate development or venture investing
• Proven success influencing HP executive leadership or similar tech giants

• Credible engagement with senior engineers and technical leaders
• Top-tier consulting rigor, pacing, and thesis-building
• Financial modeling for business cases and investment evaluation
• Cross-functional influence and stakeholder alignment
• Ecosystem mapping and trend forecasting
• Analytical synthesis of complex data into actionable recommendations
• Creative dot-connecting to identify non-obvious strategic whitespace
• Polish in crafting vision statements and investment rationales
