Key Responsibilities

  • Develop 1-5 year strategy recommendations on where to play and how to win in HP Personal Systems
  • Drive long-term business planning including budget and investment allocation
  • Conduct extensive research on industries, competitors, and emerging trends like AI in PCs
  • Build and manage financial/statistical models to inform strategic decisions
  • Synthesize analyses, test hypotheses, and form actionable recommendations
  • Monitor market trends to ensure HP remains agile and competitive in technology innovation
  • Manage cross-functional teams and communications for timely project delivery
  • Draft and present strategic deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategies to PS leadership
  • Collaborate with leaders to align strategy with product roadmaps, GTM, and competitive responses
  • Leverage consulting frameworks for portfolio management across notebooks, desktops, and AI PCs

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • 7-10 years of work experience in strategic management, strategic planning, consulting, or market research
  • Demonstrated competence in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to successful outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and advanced analytical tools
