Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale HP Consumables sales through sub-distributors, retailers, and other partners
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly sell-through and sell-out targets across assigned territory
  • Drive partner engagement through programs, promotions, and visibility initiatives
  • Ensure channel hygiene including pricing discipline, stock norms, and compliance
  • Conduct MBR/QBR reviews with partners and track execution of growth plans
  • Collaborate with Category, SCM, and Marketing teams for smooth business operations
  • Track market intelligence on competition, grey-market threats, and counterfeit risks
  • Strengthen HP brand visibility via retail merchandising and sales enablement
  • Provide direction to team activities and facilitate decision-making processes
  • Exercise independent judgment to solve complex business issues within guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Typically 5-8 years of channel sales management and distribution handling experience
  • Deep knowledge of HP products including printers, consumables, computers, servers, and storage
  • Account management experience required
  • Extensive vertical industry knowledge and advanced selling skills
  • Experience in managing sub-distributors, retailers, and partner ecosystems
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
