Day-to-day, you'll send consolidated account statements, log and resolve disputes through proactive follow-ups, conduct critical calls with Order Management and AP teams, and collaborate across Credit, Sales, and Account Management for smart financial decisions. Escalate high-impact cases to leadership and lead regional enhancement projects, all while leveraging HP's cutting-edge tools to streamline the Quote to Cash process. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with customers by understanding their business models and payment challenges to accelerate cash-flow
  • Send consolidated account statements to Accounts Payable contacts in centralized teams
  • Log customer disputes and follow up with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution
  • Conduct critical calls with Order Management groups to review dispute status, negotiate, and agree on resolution timelines
  • Hold ad-hoc calls with Accounts Payable representatives for Accounts Receivable reconciliations
  • Follow up with customers' Requestors (PO creators) to expedite case resolutions
  • Collaborate closely with Credit Analysts, Sales, and Account Management teams for informed financial decisions
  • Escalate unresolved cases to Director and VP levels as needed
  • Lead or participate in business enhancement projects across countries or regions
  • Contribute to HP's customer-centric innovation by optimizing payment processes in a technology-driven ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Business, Economics or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, accounts payable or receivable
  • Understanding of collection strategies and key financial concepts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and cultures
  • Familiarity with the Quote to Cash process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Portuguese language skills
  • Experience in multinational or technology industry environments
  • Prior exposure to business enhancement projects across regions
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable reconciliations and dispute management
