  • Manage relationships with assigned Commercial Tier-2 resellers to foster strategic partnerships
  • Stay updated on market and industry insights, aligning HP business objectives with partner capabilities
  • Identify market trends and convert them into actionable business opportunities
  • Consult partners on growth and transformation strategies, collaborating with HP and partner sales teams
  • Generate data-driven insights and create joint business plans to drive sales growth
  • Orchestrate HP’s ecosystem as the 'point-guard', engaging in co-selling, resolving challenges, and ensuring quota achievement
  • Promote HP offerings leveraging deep knowledge of HP's innovative technology portfolio
  • Drive the Amplify program and GBU initiatives to increase HP share of wallet
  • Collaborate with country PBMs to communicate account goals, plans, key themes, and aggregate joint business plans
  • Enable partners' understanding of actions needed to grow their business in strategic alignment with HP

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel distribution management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing strategic relationships and driving business growth
  • Experience in inventory management, order processing, reseller engagement, and logistics
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to transform insights into business opportunities
  • Knowledge of basic English (read, write, speak) for daily internal management communication in Quebec
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet partners
