Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute comprehensive 4P plans for next-generation Consumer PC solutions at worldwide and country levels
  • Support market-specific needs by executing business plans within constraints and proposing alternative solutions
  • Act as spokesperson for market requirements within global central teams
  • Align with Global Teams on existing solutions while incorporating country-specific requirements into strategies
  • Continuously monitor technology trends and competitive landscape to optimize HP Consumer solutions
  • Collaborate with alliance partners to develop and launch strong growth initiatives
  • Develop and implement end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) plans across Category, Marketing, Sales, and PR
  • Level up Market Category, Sales, and Marketing teams with in-depth knowledge of HP's innovative solutions
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives and project management at a worldwide level
  • Ensure HP remains ahead of the technology curve through proactive solution tuning

Required Qualifications

  • College degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Project Management
  • Deep knowledge of the Consumer PC industry, including market trends and emerging technologies
  • Proven experience in developing and executing 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) marketing plans
  • Strong project management skills with experience in global cross-functional teams
  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes across Category, Marketing, Sales, and PR
  • Ability to monitor technology and competitive landscapes to drive strategic adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI PCs or next-generation consumer computing solutions
  • Prior work with alliance partners in the PC ecosystem
